I’m currently employed at IVU as a software developer.

I did my PhD in the AI4 Sciences group working on reaction-diffusion methods applied to soft-matter systems. A particular challenge is sampling thermodynamically correct states for reaction-diffusion systems. This is achieved using Markov chain Monte Carlo methods supported by the C++/Python ReaDDy simulation library which I co-developed. Another interest is data-driven system identification i.e. machine learning.
